This page says what the app keeps about you, who can see it, and how to make it go away. No lawyer words.
Your account. Your email address and your password, kept as an unreadable code rather than plain text. If you sign in with Google, we keep the email and name Google sends us.
Your track. Student, Entrepreneur, Business owner or Politician/leader — the choice that sets your example tasks and your idea prompt.
Your journal. Every task you write, the time and duration you set for it, whether you marked it done, incomplete, aborted or left it untouched, your weekly remark, the days you marked as prayed, your four-box matrix entries, your idea title and what you wrote in the seven idea steps, and which edition year you are on.
Reminders. If you turn them on, the times you chose for your morning prayer and motivation reminders.
Only you. Every entry is saved under your own account, and the database hands a row back only to the account that signed in. The person who runs the app sees the user list in the Admin dashboard — email, name, track, when you joined and when you last signed in — and is responsible for the database that holds your entries. We do not sell your data, post your entries anywhere, or use them to advertise.
Reminders only arrive if you switch them on. They appear as notifications from your browser while the app is open. You can change the times or turn them off whenever you like. If email reminders are added later, they go to your email address and this page is updated to say so.
The app does not charge you today. When paid edition access is switched on, payment will be handled by Paystack in Naira and your card details will go to Paystack, never to this app — we do not store card numbers.
When something fails, a technical report (the page you were on, the error, your device type) may be sent to the service that hosts the app so the fault can be fixed. It does not contain your journal entries.
Change your track at any time from the top of the app.
Edit or clear any entry you have written.
Delete your account and every entry with Delete my account at the foot of every screen. This cannot be undone.
Remove the app from your phone at any time; that deletes only what is on the phone.
The app is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Keep reading it after an update.
